Under the auspice of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), a meeting was held at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Building in the Al Mamzar Sharjah area.
The meeting was the efforts of Miss. Hiba Mohammed Marzouqi, Head of Business Councils and Common Committee Section at SCCI,
The meeting was attended by Mr. Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group, and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of ACRES the premium real estate event organized by SCCI, Mr. Lalu Samuel President of Indian Business & Professional Council Sharjah, Dr. S.M. Tahir President Pakistan Business & Professional Council Sharjah, Mr. Amgd Awadalkarim Idress, Head of Sectorial Business Group Section SCCI, Mr. Haci Hassan Kaygisiz Commercial Attaché, Mr. Ali AVCI of Turkish Consulate, Mr. Hussain Ismail al Junaidi MD & Partner, Al Junaidi Real Estate and Al Shamsi Real Estate other Board members of Indian and Pakistani Business & Professional Councils and dignitaries from different groups and walks of life.
The meeting was organized to understand the participants’ views, hindrances, and suggestions in operating in Sharjah in the Business, Real estate, and industrial sectors.
The participants very freely expressed their suggestions and shared views relating to operating Businesses in the Emirates of Sharjah. Different Industrial zones were highlighted during the meeting and some zones also offered to expatriates on lease for a certain period or ownership as freehold properties.

Mr. Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi thanked and praised Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah and member of the Supreme Council of the UAE the for providing all sorts of facilities and opportunities in Sharjah to flourish the business he also thanked the SCCI for their excellent role in promoting business in the Emirates of Sharjah.
Mr. Lalu Samuel, President of the Indian Business and Professional Council, Sharjah, in his remarks, termed Sharjah as a Sleeping Lion and came forward to the call of the business community. He also briefly talked about certain zones that offer lucrative returns and attractions for the business communities.
Dr. S.M. Tahir, President of the Pakistan Business and Professional Council, Sharjah, lauded the efforts of Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah and member of Supreme Council of the UAE and SCCI for their pivotal role in enhancing business activities in Sharjah.
Mr. Hussain Ismail Al Junaidi also added some valuable comments during the meeting.
Mr. Haci Hassan Kaygisiz Commercial Attaché of the Turkish Consulate in Dubai also hailed the efforts of SCCI and promised to extend his full support for the SCCI and the business community from Turkey.
Mr. Amgd Awadalkarim Idress, Head of Sectorial Business Group Section SCCI, also shared his views of how SCCI is working hard to make things easier for the business community in Sharjah and they are here to resolve any problem faced b the Business Communities and their members.
