The transactions involving real estate and properties had a total value of more than 10.4 billion AED for the week that ended on the 18th of August, 2023. The total number of deals amounted to 3,571. There were 2,782 apartment and villa sales, which brought in AED6.86 billion, while 120 plots were sold for AED1.2 billion.
Following land sold for AED140 million in Al Barsha South Third was land sold for AED106 million in Palm Jumeirah, and in third place was sold for AED91 million in Al Hebiah Fourth. All three of these transactions were considered to be the top three deals.
This week’s highest number of transactions was recorded in Madinat Hind 4, with 21 sales transactions totaling AED28.86 million. This was followed by Al Hebiah Fifth, which recorded 20 sales transactions totaling AED51.65 million, and Jabal Ali First, which recorded 13 sales transactions totaling AED80 million, coming in third position.
An apartment in Palm Jumeirah was sold for AED112 million, an apartment in Zaabeel First was sold for AED59 million, and an apartment in Burj Khalifa was sold for AED57 million. These three transactions represent the top three transfers for apartments and villas.
A total of 1,99 billion properties were mortgaged during the week, with the most expensive being a piece of land in Business Bay that was financed for AED350 million.
One hundred nine properties with a total value of 438 million AED were gifted to first-degree relatives.
