A brand-new Audi RS e-tron GT electric vehicle has been added to the fleet of vehicles operated by Dubai Police. At the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2023, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the brand-new patrol car was unveiled in its Dubai Police green livery.
Major General Jamal Salem Al Jallaf stressed that the Dubai Police, working under the direction of Lt. General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police, is dedicated to outfitting their tourist security patrols with the newest high-end vehicles.
Sustainability Major General Jamal Salem Al Jallaf noted that the electric Audi RS e-tron GT car is a significant addition to the police fleet for several reasons. “By connecting the tourist police with travelers, visitors, and the general public, these vehicles strengthen their security presence. The Audi RS e-tron GT electric vehicle supports the national and international focus on sustainability in all facets of everyday life, guaranteeing that Dubai continues to dazzle the globe and exhibit its cutting-edge side, Al Jallaf remarked.
The second entirely electric, green vehicle in the fleet of the Dubai Police is this one. Brigadier Khalafan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department, emphasized that Dubai Police’s upscale security patrols improve the security presence in tourist areas during events and community initiatives and play a vital role in providing services to tourists and the general public by responding to their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring their safety throughout their stay in Dubai.
The ATM 2023, which is taking place from May 1 to 4, will feature more than 2,000 exhibitors and representatives from more than 150 countries. Over the next four days, it is anticipated that 34,000 people will attend. Working Towards Net Zero is the theme of the 30th annual global conference on travel, tourism, and hospitality.
To improve tourists’ and visitors’ experiences while in the Emirate, Dubai Police will highlight 12 of the services and goods they offer.
