According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department, 2,786 real estate transactions totaling more than AED 8.4 billion were made during the week ending January 27, 2023. (DLD).
According to the DLD data, 285 plots were sold for AED 1.7 billion, while AED 4.43 billion was spent on 2,043 apartments and villas.
The top three sales were a land in Al Thanyah Fifth sold for AED 122.5 million, a property in Al Thanyah Second sold for AED 140 million, and a land in Al Safouh Second sold for AED 140 million.
With 135 transactions totaling AED 415.3 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the highest sales transactions this week, followed by Al Yufrah 1 with 56 deals totaling AED 332 million and Al Yufrah 2 First with 20 transactions totaling AED 22 million.
The top three transfers of apartments and villas were a Palm Jumeirah property for AED 86 million, an Al Bada property for AED 49 million, and an Al Mezhar First property for AED 40 million.
For the week, the value of mortgaged real estate totaled AED 1.56 billion. In the meantime, 60 properties totaling AED 784 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
